When placing an order with New USA Jackets, operated by Fluxiss, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information.
Pricing & Currency
For all prices on our website please be aware they are given in USD unless stated otherwise.
All prices, products and offers are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. The price of any order will be finalized at the time of ordering and displayed at checkout.
Payments
Your transactions are processed with secure payment gateways and trusted payment processing third parties. New USA Jackets do not hold full payment card details on its servers.
Your placing of an order gives us and our payment provider permission to charge the amount indicated on the checkout screen in full to your payment option, any applicable taxes, shipping costs, as well as any other imposed costs and fees.
Sales Tax
The sales tax will be determined and applied as necessary by the laws and requirements of the sale location and shipping address.
The taxes calculated could differ based on your shipping address or local and State tax laws.
Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promotional codes, discount coupons and gift cards will need to be redeemed at checkout.
Generally, discounts or offers cannot be applied to an order once it is placed, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
A single promotion is allowed per order unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or cancel an order in the event of:
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Duplicate or technical errors
- Product availability issues
- Payment authorization or processing problems
- Orders that appear to violate our policies or applicable laws
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processor procedures.
If a payment is declined or authorization is unsuccessful, the order may not be processed. Any temporary authorization hold placed by a payment provider is controlled by the provider and may be released according to its own policies.
One-Time Purchases
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made through New USA Jackets are one-time transactions and do not create recurring charges or subscriptions.
Billing Questions & Payment Disputes
When you think a transaction has been charged to you incorrectly or you have any questions about a charge, contact the Customer Support team via telephone, email, or in person within 30 days of the charge from the transaction and we will review the case and help resolve it in your favor in a timely fashion.
Please give the order number and transaction information (if available) when contacting us.

If there are any issues with payment, charge, order, or refund, please reach out to our Customer Support team before to see if we can investigate and resolve the issue.
No rights or remedies are intentionally restricted in these Billing Terms & Conditions.
