Shipping & Delivery Policy

New USA Jackets ships qualified products to customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Orders are processed and shipped out of our Richmond, Texas facility.

Product delivery varies according to product and shipping method at time of purchase.

Apparel & Accessories

Hoodies, Tees & T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Rhinestone Items, Caps & Hats, Tote Bags, and Apparel & Accessories would fall into this category.

Deliveries available in one of the following options:

  • Houston Local Area: Delivery or warehouse pickup/drop-off may be available for eligible orders.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • USPS Priority: Approximately 3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
  • UPS 2-Day: Approximately 2 business days
  • USPS Express: Approximately 1–2 business days
  • UPS Overnight: Approximately 1 business day
  • UPS Overnight A.M.: Morning delivery, subject to carrier availability

Order Cutoff: There may be a delay until the next business day for time sensitive shipping dates if placed after 11:00 AM.

Leather Bags & Jackets

Estimated delivery times for leather bags and jackets are:

  • Normal Shipping: 14–16 days
  • Express Shipping: 6–8 days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–4 days

Mixed Cart Orders

If your order contains at least one jacket or leather bag along with apparel or accessories such as Hoodies, Tees, Tank Tops, Rhinestone Items, or Caps & Hats, the order may follow the shipping timeline for the jackets and leather bags.

Estimated delivery times for mixed orders are:

  • Normal Shipping: 14–16 days
  • Express Shipping: 6–8 days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–4 days

When possible, items from the same order will be shipped together so that they arrive at approximately the same time.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are based on orders being successfully processed and generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping can be expedited or delayed by weather, carrier delays, high orders, number of customs clearance procedures, etc.

Shipping times quoted above are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You will be sent tracking information by e-mail if it is available when the item is shipped. Some delay may occur from the tracking system of the carrier post shipment.
