Long, dark and very warm.
Knee-Length Cover
Short shearling jackets stop at the hip and leave your legs in the wind. This coat runs to the knee, and the lining goes all the way down. The shawl collar is wide enough to fold up over the chin, and a snap storm flap closes the zip.
Black outside and cream inside is a strong contrast. It looks sharp over a suit as well as over a hoodie.
At about 40 inches, this coat falls to the knee, which covers more of you than a jacket does. The long back vent gives you room to walk, and the belt lets you cinch the waist or leave it hanging.
Long Shearling Coat Features
- Black leather: knee length, around 40 inches.
- Cream shawl collar: big, curly and soft.
- Storm flap front: zip covered by snaps.
- Back vent: for walking and sitting.
Fit, Weight and Care
The coat has a relaxed fit and some weight, so take your usual size and let the belt do the shaping. Hang it on a wide, padded hanger. Wipe the leather with a soft cloth and let wet wool dry slowly in a cool room, never on a radiator.
