Horsehide Flight Jacket

Horsehide has a name for being tough and dense, and the sheen is part of its character. The surface is smooth and polished, a long way from the dull, distressed brown flight jackets often found.

Snap-down collar, epaulets and scalloped flap pockets give it the classic A-2 outline.

The brass zip warms to a deeper tone with use, and the dark twill lining slides on easily over a shirt. The leather looks richest in good light, where the gloss shows the shape of the shoulders and arms.
